Getting to know each other in a casual but professional meeting, phone or video call. Goal is to find out if and how I can help you and your business – and if you want to step up your game.

After deciding to work together we determine your tailored improvement plan. It will of course consider your wishes, goals, needs, possibilities and limitations (and consist of as many/few aspects as you want).

I take action according to your improvement plan and involve you in all decisions. We can still add to or remove from the plan until you are satisfied with the results.
