About Me

Hi there and thanks for your interest!
Me in a nutshell: A positive, open and thoughtful, German guy who loves hospitality, people, and solving problems. My private and professional life lead me to become an accommodation addict, an experienced hotelier, and a certified industry expert (GER + NL).
After more than a decade of professional experience in the international hotel/accommodation industry, my fields of expertise are: Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Online Presence. I worked for three of the world’s leading hotel chains and had a spectacular time.
As stellar and functional as the services, rooms, and locations of hotels are – for me it’s vacation rentals and other privately run accommodation businesses that offer the true “home away from home” feeling. Over the years I saw (and still see) many wonderful concepts of some hosts but also so much potential left untapped by others. So, it was my personal travel experience together with my professional work experience that made me start my vacation rental consulting business.
I wanted to help hosts to be unique, to take care of their online presence like a high-end hotel while seamlessly providing a high-level of service to guests. What helps me a lot: The ability to recognize and cultivate potential in others together with identifying problems and coming up with relevant solutions to solve them. I´m thrilled to be able to work in this special sphere and excited by all the great people I come in contact with because of my job.
